In this regard, hypnotherapy has emerged as a notable tool, recognized for its effectiveness in fostering creativity and augmenting artistic output (Brown & Thompson, 2021). This article delves into the dynamic interplay between hypnotherapy and artistic creativity, underscoring the transformative role of hypnotherapy in assisting artists to surmount creative barriers, delve into their subconscious realms, and fully realize their creative potential.

Carl Gustav Jung’s concept of ‘Active Imagination’ is instrumental in understanding the nexus between creativity enhancement and artistic expression. Jung envisioned Active Imagination as a meditative technique that facilitates a conscious engagement with the unconscious, creating a fertile ground for creative thoughts and innovation (Jung, 1963).
